Earlybird: July 25. $15 mail-in / $10 via WAB
Regular Deadline: Aug 1. $20 mail-in / $15 via WAB
Late Deadline: Aug 20 $25 mail-in / $20 via WAB
Extended Deadline: Aug. 26. $45 mail-in / $30 via WAB
