Eve Studnicka’s work focuses on the creation and exhibition of media arts in the Midwest, with an emphasis on feminist and minority programming. She strives to challenge the coastalization of artistic community and develop platforms that empower artists in the Heartland. She has worked in administration for film festivals throughout the Midwest including the Chicago International Movies and Music Festival, the Women’s Film Festival, the Midwest Independent Film Festival, and DocYourWorld.

Blake is a documentary cinematographer based in Chicago, IL. Sourcing inspiration from the urban landscape, Blake’s work focuses on the intimate stories of artisans and subcultures.

Catherine Woods is one of Chicago’s premiere Special Effects Makeup artists. Her hand-crafted FX work has brought a touch of chilling authenticity to everything from Chicago Fire to productions at the Lyric Opera. When she isn’t crafting flayed corpses and flesh wounds, she can be found painting in her studio or moonlighting as a production designer. She is excited to lend her sharp eye for quality, story structure, and diversity to Driftless’ ever-expanding program.
John is a small business owner who has called the driftless region his home for the last fifteen years. He has always had a passion for growing and fostering an appreciation for filmmaking and the arts. He started drawing and painting at a young age and continued his creative endeavors from then on – most recently taking up interest in cinematography and documentary films. Additionally, he is exploring exciting new uses for unmanned aircraft in the filmmaking process. When he has some spare time, you can often find him outdoors hiking or fishing with his family at one of his favorite spots: Governor Dodge State Park.
Crystal Rose Bryanunnamed
Crystal is a recent Driftless dweller and is deeply inspired by the cinematic beauty of the area. She spent nearly a decade promoting film and television releases for studios including The Weinstein Company, Universal, Fox Searchlight, Lucasfilm, Sony Pictures, etc, etc. Her work with independent filmmakers has cultivated a passion for storytelling and bringing people together through the love of cinema. After a decent stint in Hollywood, she now resides in idyllic Viroqua, Wisconsin with her pup Boogie.

A native of Louisiana, Bill and his family moved to Mineral Point via Saint Louis in August, 2007. He and his wife, Susan, are the owners of Webbs At Work, an Internet marketing firm based in Mineral Point. Webbs At Work has designed websites for several area businesses while helping to boost these sites through search engine optimization and social media marketing. An avid fan of independent films, Bill is thrilled to be working to support Driftless.
Molly has called the Driftless Area home since she was a wee little lass. Her appreciation and fascination for the people, places, and stories of Southwest WI have fed into a passion for capturing moments and sharing stories. She is a Video & Audio Production student, with minors in Marketing and Social Media, at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. She works at the Everything Photography camera store in Dubuque, Iowa; is a freelance photographer (and budding videographer); and picks up work as a production assistant on commercial shoots whenever she can.
